That sound like exactly what I am looking for, especially if I can get a nice discount on one.1) User friendly for motorcycle use but also usable in our cars2) Has voice instructions and touch screen
3) Don't have to use batteries (can wire into 12V system)
4) Can withstand some amount of rain while used on the motorcycle
5) And, of course, inexpensive to purchase
Well, I would guess at the $499 MAP price, the Magellan Roadmate 2200T maybe the ticket for you. The membership price is less, but I think you get the point.
So think about a Zumo if you want everything, think Magellan RoadMate 2200T if you just want a unit that works for 1/2 the price.
Let me know

It's obvious, you are not the Bill Gates. So, how about being yourself and show us your bad-*** face?Great deal, I'll at least get the card and see if I can swing the GPS later. At least I'm not out that much if I miss a deadline.Bill

It will still be ugly like BG's, but it will be real ...
IF I show you the unit, there will be no guessing! But maybe even if I show you the pics, you maynot get it anyhow. This thread is worthless without pics!!!!

Have to take pictures when I get going here! But I thought it will be fun just to see if anyone can figure out the clues I left what GPS unit I may have on my FJR.
Thanks for trying
