I will be in Seattle Monday through Thursday next week. I will have Monday afternoon/evening, Tuesday and Wednesday evenings and all afternoon/evening on Thursday. With that in mind what suggestions are there for things I can see and do while there. I will have a rental car. How about it PNW peeps?

What do you like to do when not riding? Pike Street Market comes to mind along with Snoqualmie Falls. Tripadvisor has a bunch crap listed as attractions. Teatro ZinZanni is fun. There is the Seattle Art Museum and the Museum of History and Industry. There is also the LeMay auto museum the largest private collection of cars in North America - very cool!

You can go hiking, biking, or find some nice brew pubs. You could go to Ride West BMW and demo a BMW - they encourage long demo rides.

The LeMay museum sounds interesting. I may have to check that out Monday or Thursday as I see they close at 5. A lot of stuff is within walking distance of the hotel like Pike St. and the art museum. BMW demo? Now that is interesting... Thanks for the suggestions.

A trip up Mt Rainier, Mt St Helens, hard to beat this time of year. If u like cars, LeMay car museum in Tacoma is a Must! If the Mariners are home that is a good time
I didn't realize how close Rainier and Mt St Helens were. Have to use one of the afternoons for that. thanks!

Spent a couple of days there last year during a stop-over. Did the Pike St. Market and Space Needle thing. Happy I can say I saw them first hand but . . . . One thing everyone really enjoyed (and which came about accidentally) was a tour of the Boeing plant. Need to reserve tickets though as I think it sells out a bit in advance and also plan on spending the better part of your day off to do it.

Also enjoyed this restaurant. Take the ferry over. Looks like an easy walk from your hotel.

Oh - afterwards I've heard the underground tour of the city was pretty cool. Would've liked to have checked that out.

The Boeing plant sounds intriguing. Don't know if I will have the time to do that, the mountains, and the LeMay Museum. The museum and Boeing close at 5 and Boeing is 25 miles north of the city. I will definitely think about it. The restaurant looks interesting too. I know we will taking an Elliot Bay cruise Wednesday night.

When you say Seattle, where specifically would you be? Downtown, some suburb? North Seattle, etc.?
Staying at the Seattle Marriot Waterfront.
Ah. Be sure to research getting into and out of there to wherever you're going. FWIW I've found GPS to lose adequate satellite signal when working one's way through the taller buildings in main downtown.

The Museum Of Flight is just South of downtown, adjacent to Boeing Field (not to be confused with Paine Field, where the big Boeing plant in the area is located).

Yes the original Starbuck is at the Pike Street Market.

The Boeing tour is interesting but then I have worked there for 35 years so I known more than most.

Mt. St. Helens is a bridge too far for a 1/2 day trip.

If the mountains are on the agenda then go to Sunrise at Mt Rainier. It is the closest and most dramatic entry point in the park - you can get there in 2 hours from downtown Seattle. Before you leave check the Mt. Raindier webcams - here is the Sunrise web cam. This is a great trip.

I was in Seattle a few months ago and really enjoyed The Bloedel Reserve on Bainbridge Island https://www.bloedelreserve.org/

We took the ferry which was fun also (those ferries are huge). We also enjoyed the Boeing tour (I have been in aviation for 35 years!).
