What this shindig needs is some poutine. This is the first FJR event that falls outside of the dirt bike calendar so I'm IN.I want to see that jackass HotRodZilla douse himself in gasoline again. This time I'll have the GoPro ready to capture the event for posterity.
Holy carp.

A Canader visiting the Ozarks?

I need to figger out how to be there...

*edit*

and he's coming to see a New Mexican perform pyrotricks?

Party party.....

I'll work on the hotel in the next couple of days. Harrison, AR looks like the destination. Lot's of food choices, within striking distance of pretty much everything you want to ride, and a Yamaha dealership that stocks good tires.

October 6th - 9th (Thursday to Sunday) 2016. In the Harrison area of Arkansas.

Holiday Inn Express, Harrison, AR Phone# 870-741-3636

October 6 -9th. Group rate under "FJR" is $93.00.

Don't be fooled by the Quality Inn rate of $77.00 it's Non-Refundable. Their refundable rate is $90, but I think the HIE has a nicer facility and a better free breakfast. there are also plenty of other choices if you want to stay somewhere else.

First page updated to reflect this.

Wifey and I will be leaf peeping in New England at that time. Serious bucket list trip for both of us.

One of these years.... I'm going to make a Hooterville event!!!

Finally I'll be able to make it somewhere.

Thanks for seeing this through Marty.

Looking forward to chewing up some tires.

Biscuits and gravy isn't that far from poutine, my foreign cousin. I like poutine. How could you not like biscuits and gravy?

The biscuits can be day-old or frozen; doesn't much matter. You've gotta make sure it's good chicken gravy, though: pretty hot, with chunks of spicy pork sausage. Yummy!
