****. I will probably be snowed in by then. Got our first dusting yesterday. Ask them if they will overnight some BBQ.
URGENT PRIORITY MEMO TO johnny80s and ShinyPartsUp: The Los Robustos M/C moniker title "El Borracho" is a highly prestigious, revered and honored nickname and must NEVER be issued lightly by any of the Los Robustos M/C triumvirate!!!

I submit for your review and examination 88 bonafide witnesses from WFO-8 and 33 unimpeachable witnesses from SW-FOG 2009 that 1 man and 1 man alone deserves the Lord High "El Borracho" of Los Robustos M/C: Niehart, aka Dave Black!!

OCfjr, SkooterG, Panman, Brodie, Ignacio, Warchild, Wetdog, pinhead, gregory, joe, HotRodZilla, Geezer, TellurideFJR, Silver Penguin and I, Chuy Medina "El Burrito Ballerina", will attest to Niehart's drinking prowess that is a true amazement!

NOTE TO FJRay: Brother, I crunched some routing numbers and came up with the following - Seattle, Washington to La Pine, Oregon; 6.5 hours and 360 miles. La Pine to Las Vegas, Nevada; 13.5 hours over 825 miles. Persuade Niehart to put his Ducati on a two rail motorcycle trailer and come pick you up. Since I don't believe that you drink anymore, just put DB in the passenger seat and hand him a fifth of Tanqueray gin-just wake Niehart up when you are on the last leg to Las Vegas.

That will get you out of the snowy Pacific Northwest; Bret and Chris can find a safe place where you can stash the trailer/rig.
If Dave is going to stay drunk and I am going to drive, why bother with the trailer. There are only three roads with turns within an hour of Vegas. Leave the bikes home and eat and BS. I have three kids in Vegas so I can find a couch to crash on.

FJRay: Brother, if you and Niehart get to Las Vegas and rent a bike on Saturday, October 31 - I guarantee I can lay out a twisty route from LV to Wickenburg; then you and Niehart can run back over it on Sunday while johnny80s and I head south.

https://www.eaglerider.com/lasvegas/Rentals.aspx You can rent Kawasaki, Honda and BMW sport tourers from these guys!!!

POSTSCRIPT: Did you actually type words "If Dave is going to stay drunk...?" I spilled my can of Tecate on the keyboard!!!

I got lost on the original thread... It was something about meeting for BBQ on Sunday Nov.1... Where I got lost was is it going to be in Arizona on the 1st or Las Vegas? I will be in Vegas watching my kid ride that day (Sunday the 1st) and could meet you. I don't know when his last race is but it is usually in the early afternoon. He will be at the big track north of LV. Monday the 2nd I am headed into Arizona and can meet up with some of you guys if you have bailed out of jail or gotten out of the emergency room from over consumption of calories and libation.
Dr. Rich, Here's the game plan as it currently exists: On Friday, October 30 we Phoenicians will ride up north to Las Vegas arriving around 5 pm and meeting up with LV FJR locals; the Gruesome Twosome Spyderbret (Bret) and Eeksnake (Chris).

Hopefully Bret and Chris can find us an economical hotel near the hot spots with reasonably secure parking for our FJR's.

We'll go out pub crawling on Friday night. On Saturday morning 10/31, if we have been bailed out of jail, I will lead us on a twisty route to Wickenburg, Arizona. We will then stop enroute at Joe's BBQ in Wikieup for our inaugural Los Robustos EAT!

After spending Saturday night in Wickenburg, LV boys will head North, Zonies will head South and I will lead El Presidente johnny80s to the Heart Attack Grille in my hometown of Chandler. After lunch, Juan heads to California and I take my nap!!

Thanks for the update.... I will meet up with you low-lifes in Las Vegas on Friday. I will watch the thread to find out where you are. Rich

I want to meet up with you guys at Joe's. Senor Gato Gordo needs his BBQ!

Many posts mi amigos!

Howie's moniker is unique and special and I vote yes for 'zilla's choice. I had considered posting a thought for: abusador de manatí (manatee molester) but Pinche Pescado Malo is a most fitting and wonderful name! So much information to absorb in todays posts!

As for a meet November 1 in Las Vegas, I will have to say no. Many confluences in life have converged requiring more moneys than I can get together for family expenses, family health expenses, and trips to visit a very ill relative and a new bebe. It is a vast disappointment, but i see no way to travel for some months. I am bitterly disappointed, but I know that other members will have a grand time and toast me with a drink and a large meal.

We will miss you Shiney. Congrats on the new bebe in the family.

You bastids are making me hungry. :dribble: I keep craving a luther burger with blue cheese crumbles mixed with garlic in the meat. That or a TurDucChik Bacon Explosion. Only Beeroux makes that, (that I know of).

Wish I could join you guys for the chowing and BSing. Distance isn't an issue, but lack of vacation time is. :cray:

Have a great time and break Howie's cherry.

We're at the point now that a Club Roster must be maintained, I'll take on this noble responsibility and I have started a Word File on my home computer. If you wish to become a member of Los Robustos M/C, contact Chuy at [email protected]

ATENCION: Your club moniker may be your own suggestion, but the nickname must be ratified by Los Robustos M/C Jefes!

LOS ROBUSTOS M/C CLUB ROSTER

October 1, 2009

johnny80s – El Presidente

ShinyPartsUp – El Grande

BeemerDonS – El Jefe Supremo, once South of the Border this handle switches to Chuy Medina “El Burrito Ballerina”; as I am known in Guatemala and Mexico

MEM - La Canadiense Rapida

Silver Penguin - La Pinguina Plata

HotRodZilla – El Jefe de Nuevo Mexico

ManWhore - El Puto Humoristico

Santa Fe Dreamin - El Guerro del Camino

RadioHowie – El Pinche Pescado Malo

SkooterG – El Pendejo Grande NOTE: Rank has its privileges, worked for Chuy for 6 years in US Army and I am invoking it here: I know that Greg Marbach does not have the body type that we require for Los Robustos; but god damn it, he’s my best riding buddy! Still do not know what to do about pinhead – Dave is just like Skooty in being way too ******* skinny. Those two ********* look like Mogadishu War Orphans. Gain some weight, you sticks!

Niehart – El Borracho NOTE: This nickname was way too easy!!!

Fairlaner – El Rechoncho NOTE: Even easier than Dave Black’s!

Cometman - El Gordo

OCfjr – El Neumatico Cuadrado

FJRay – El Oso Grande

Vectervp1 – El Rey del Menudo

RenoJohn – RenoJohn NOTE: Some phrases just do not translate well into Espanol. RenoJohn is already known south of Estados Unidos, I say we just leave this pinche vato loco’s name the same!

Bustanut joker – El Muy Loco NOTE: Barry has not officially joined, but this club moniker must absolutely be reserved for Bust!

Old Michael – Viejo Miguel NOTE: OM actually does not yet have the required and desired Los Robustos M/C body type, but I do believe that he is just 4 or 5 Irish pasties away from making the grade. Our club does need an official photographer and biographer; and nobody does better Ride Reports and Ride Pictures than Mick!

Don't forget Cometman. I think we named him el gordo.

I also have to put up my riding partner Santa Fe Dreamin. Lanny's name is el guerro del camino. Let's just call him el guerro. He like Fairlaner is a great road captain except Lanny will let you stop for food. He is a little guy though and would never make the club based on size but as far as riding buddies go he is first rate.

We also need to make ManWhore a probie. They guy is always on the look out for a great restaurants. I have two names for him el bromisto - the joker or el puto - the whore. I really like the idea of calling him puto. which one do you guys like?

This is the most amusing Spanish lesson I've ever had. Not sure how many of the phrases I will be incorporating at work but enjoying the new vocabulary nevertheless.

Shan't be seeing you guys on the rides for a while since our weekends are now going to alternated between working and desert trips. Almost dirt bike and camping weather. Gotta make the most of that sand while the weather is cool enough to enjoy it.

La Pinguina Plata

Just got back to the office from lunch and to demonstrate my committment to Los Robustos, here's what I had from "Cinco Hamburguesas y Fritadas de los Individuos"....

(actually TWO of these.........burp!)

T'will surely be an honor to uphold the tenets of the organization. Espere que mi corazón pueda tomarlo.

El Presidente, El Grande, El Jefe de Nuevo Mexico, We made excelente choice in RH. Going to be a magnifico asset to LRMC!

I've amended/modified list as follows: 1) Cometman - El Gordo. 2) ManWhore - El Puto Humoristico, over here in Phoenix we use this instead of bromisto in San Diego. 3) Santa Fe Dreamin - El Guerro del Camino, I am waiting for Steel of Texas to join Los Robustos M/C. A favorite town of mine in Mexico is Guerrero *****, right at the border of Baja California Norte y Baja California Sur. A Spanish man-of-war beached there for repairs to the hull and the village took on the name. El Guerrero ***** - The Black Warrior is a moniker that we will hold on to in case Tejas Steel decided to join Los Robustos.

Please note that in the original thread Hycle and Dr. Rich were considered robust enough and wide enough to be included in the group.... If you are looking for extra weight, Mike (Hycle) and I are a considerable addition! Rich

Rich and Mike, You're indeed correct, do remember your responses to the original thread. What I don't remember is if you two had come up with proposals for your Los Robustos M/C club monikers. Por favor, give this some thought and submit them here. If johnny80s-El Presidente and ShinyPartsUp-El Grande y yo concur with your choices, you're full fledged members!

Whadda you boys think of "El alce grande" (the big moose) as my Los Robustos moniker? Has a Canuckian ring to it - eh?
