MPG decreasing

The chart that Huck Fonda posted shows some of the season RVP differences in fuels for most areas. Some states were mandated to begin using Reformulated Gas (RFG) to lower pollution, and other states such as MA optionally opted into that as well so no data regarding RVP is available for those states. So i went back to the EPA site and did some diggin'

Here is a good explanation of the fuel economy in RFG vs Conventional for those interested. It also includes general affects on mpg from temperature, wind, traffic, etc...
