Not intending to bash anyone hotrodzilla;) I just like to make sure everyone knows the situation and is properly educated about stuff. A stupid person stays stupid without asking any questions, haha. But yea, it was a ticker. I bought it knowing this, but since I'm a Yamaha tech it didn't really bother, I know I can fix it. Like I mentioned though, I doubt anyone can justify having a gen1 head overhauled like that paying full retail and labor for parts. It would literally cost at least half what the bikes worth. Better off getting a new one.
