My vote is for cookies. The brownies tend to become one big brownie when packed in the FJR. But all are good.

I s'pose we could try and reprise the "Flying Low" ride from last year but ride more Southerly as we just did Sutter Creek Rd.-Volcano.  Maybe we can get Skyway to show us some back roads near Sonora.
"Open Passes'" will be after Memorial Day weekend (May 27-29) when Caltrans traditionally gets the passes clear and open for the holiday RV'ers.

If you guys are interested in a ride south of Sonora, let me know. There is an absolute abundance of great roads in this area. :dribble:

Yeah, I checked the long range and they call for heavy rain. However, they also call for heavy rain when the sun is to be out in the near term...

Right now, my plan is to head up Thursday and ride 49, then end up in Napa, Friday night. Jeff has promised me a steak and lobster dinner (Maine lobster, flown in fresh that day) if I bring up some clamps for the Spiegler lines.
