"please Read" Eom Sponsor Thank You's

On Saturday night before door prizes were given away, I mentioned thanking the vendors who supported the meet. I put together stickers of who the door prize was from & I (w/ a couple of cohorts) affixed them to all of the prizes that I could get my hands on. If the prize wasn't already labeled, it got a sticker. I know for sure there are prizes that were handed to me at door prize time. These items had no sticker about who the vendor is. If you brought a door prize with you to the meet & you don't see the vendor on this list, please PM me the info for the vendor & I will add the info to the list.

On the other hand, If you won something & you don't know who donated it, PM me & I'll do my best to find out where it came from so that you can send a "thanks for supporting us" note.

I asked nothing of most of you this past weekend. Now, I am strongly requesting that you send thank you's to the vendors. This is it... all that I am asking. I and other EOM coordinators feel that this is VERY important for the door prize health of future meets.

If you know someone outside of the forum, please be sure to get a copy of this post to that person.

Also, something that I forgot to mention. Whenever possible, please consider these preferred vendors before making a purchase from someone else.

I have tried to make it as simple as I possibly can. I am not sure how I could make it any easier without listing every item. The ball is now left in the courts of the winners. Without further ado, here is the list of vendors that I have which includes "how to" contacts:
