Oh, I'll be around! I'm quickly farkling my bike and going for a ride whenever I can get out of my subdivision. Definitely looking forward to warmer temps and no more snow/ice in the ground!

We got a ways yet :(

If you're really geek'n to ride, load up that new shiny bike and tail it down to Chandler AZ. Call up Beemer Don, he will take you down to Mexico where you can get held up at gun point, made to go the an ATM and withdraw the max from your already depleted bank account (new bikes tend to do this). I hear the trip is really a bust-on-the-nuts! Oh, and the ride taint too bad either ;)

No truck to "load into" but I hope someday in the next couple years to ride down to Tucson then down to San Carlos (Guymas) Mexico to visit my dad, who lives down there now that he is retired...this might be my retirement location as well!

Just put in my vacation for this event. Should be fun!

I may be tagging along with Jim, Iris, and Fred.

That would be really cool, Art. Hope you can carve the extra day out of your busy spring schedule, at least for the ride down. We can always make it a slab fest headed home.

Oh and FYI... looks like bbdig is in for the weekend too.

Iris, Jim, Art, Fred W: I was planning a straight run to Ohio on Thursday from Albany. How many days are you planning to get there? Do you have any idea where you will be Thursday morning? If plans work, can I join your caravan?

Steve,

I'm not the organizer of the ride down, just joining along with Iris and Jim. But, the plan is to leave the Albany area on Weds AM and take two days to enjoy some of the back roads of NY and PA on the way down.

You should PM one or both of them directly about the full plans.

I'm in - vacation approved from May 1st on... any non-snoring, non-smoking females want to share a room?

Looks like this is getting HUGE-JAH!
I think only folks from Upstate NY will get that reference. I know about it because my son lived in Albany for a while and I got to see some of those crappy ads.

Soon to be tagged as a major event

Well, for us... No CFR this spring. No NERDS. EOM is too far away to even worry about. Us Northerners need some light at the end of the tunnel to get us through this crappy winter!

My wife HATES those damn ads! I try to turn the radio down or mute the TV when they come up. And that guy has dealerships elsewhere (FL I think?) so we may not be the only ones who get the reference! But KJ's right, it is getting...really big.
