Robert, you do know that if you keep your eyes open in the classifieds, that wish of a cheap gen 1 could easily come true... as long as your definition of cheap isn't a couple hundred bucks.
I've been trying to keep an eye out but I was away for about a week and let that 08 in Miss. get away. High miles and a cheap price are just up my alley.
I might just have the bike for you.If you want some details drop me a p.m.

She's well trained on s.e.o. roads.
Denny, sounds like you have made up your mind on that 2013...Woohoo!!!
Yep,I went over to K&C Cycles in Hebron today and he was willing to come down a $1000 off of msrp,so I'm signing papers tomorrow. He's gonna store it for me until sometime in March when the weather breaks.

It's going to be a long six weeks!
I'm just hoping that I don't need to have surgery on my back (should find out Monday), or it might be a while before I get down to see the new bike...maybe not till after the Ramble

Hope you get better soon. Ive been going some of that too. I sneezed a couple weeks ago and missed a week of work. For two days I was using a ******* WALKER! Worst part was I had to burn a week of vacation time!!

Hey Joe,

Seriously I know having a bad back is nothing to joke about

Hope you don't need surgery, and yes my wifee says its OK to come this year.

Dave

That's good news. But that still doesn't mean you can go to the all women's Zumba classes and "Jump and Jive" with the young folks.

Just Sayin!

Dastardly Dave. #65

Thanks folks!

I was thinking it was time for another (#3) back surgery. The last three weeks was the worst it's been since my last surgery (14 yrs. ago). The doc said I most likely just aggravated some old scar tissue...probably from all the Zumba classes

Well guys, the truth is finally out. I was giving Joe the benefit of the doubt with Zumba classes, but I was wrong.

Thanks biker geek for setting the story straight!

Dave

Shame on both of you guys.

I was at the bike show with Joe and he explaned the whole program to me. Pilates is his workout of choice.
