I've still got some stuff to do..
Book time off

Out of Country Medical

Install HeliBridge that came in yesterday (woohoo!)

Upload routes to my GeePeeEss.

Call somebody around Toronto so I have a place to conk on Thurs night.

I'll have time to get some done tonight. Won't be riding. Why? Because it's FUCKING SNOWING up here.
It was snowing like it's still winter this morning, for my drive to work...WTF?
Light snow here today, only a high of 40. Enough of this crap!, Saturday however they say 60's :)

Okay, slight change in plans ( in a good way). Leaving on Thursday morning rather than Friday to get an extra day of riding in. Meeting time at my place in Fonthill remains the same - KSU at 9am. Crossing at Buffalo to connect with KJ and friends and hopefully riding through Eden to pick up Mike if he has his yard work done.

Just talked with Tim. I can't leave until Friday, and I'm still figuring if I can get enough of my chores done to make this trip. Laura even mentioned she might want to tag along! Gotta do some figuring this weekend and see where I stand. Probably won't decide until maybe Saturday night, but I'll keep you posted Mike!

Anyone else passing through Buffalo or nearby on their way down Friday?

Seriously, some of these loops have many road changes (turns). I was just in Basecamp looking at the turn by turn text section. Holy crap! That's a list like mad crazy blind guy seeing eye dog stuff. I wouldn't wanna be looking down at all that info on my tank bag (which I'm too poor to own one anyways).<br />

Any map (only guys) are welcome in my group to follow... If your not a putz. I go about 10 over, nothing crazy and I don't white knuckle it.... Well, I've been known to once n awhile, and, at NAFO I got chastised because of it :( . Hey, I'd rather enjoy it and see some surroundings and scenery vs. a constant road focus and line find.<br />

Oh I'm ready... If ya couldn't tell ;) </p></blockquote>

I wonder if we should have a forum about people going to the ramble so they can ride their FJRs vs this forum that appears dedicated to being an excuse to program a GPS with a lot of points 😄

Holy cow Ray, I can't make beans of all that^ ?? Sorry, I guess I rode wroad the short bus to skool

So speaking of Routes (I think that was Ray's intentions?)......

We have over 30 Bikes registered, but!, only 4 have signed up on the Group Spotwalla page!?. WTF all you Right-Coast Red-Necks!?... Guess that's one thing I can take off my list for next year; due to the projected poor Spotwalla attendance.

Let's say if we meetup in Bradford PA at the Kennedy St Cafe (familiar to us both, and we love the owners!) which is an easier shoot for you straight down 219....

We would have to be there like by 8am! Why? Cuz we still have 8hrs after that; and we don't wanna slab-it-in at least very much.

So you guys would have to be up early!! I know me (being an ex-navy seal reject), I can be on the road at 5am; no probs! (I think hangovers are gone by then!?) ...which lands me in Bradford ~7:30am for an early cup of mud, and way before you fine Kanadians even think of arriving.

I already told Madmudder this bad but good news.

I would use the spotwalla, but I don't have power wired to my gps yet.

I'm psyched! 7am meetup with Duane/1911 at the Lake Lure, NC Ingles gas station...Thursday morning...Let's go!

Twisty roads all the way to Tazewell before we hit the slab to get to Ramble central!

So will somebody have Tank Bag Maps, or turn sheets?

I.......We...... (Sorry Ray).......Live close enough to ride these roads all summer long, but I......We...... (Sorry again Ray)......would really

Appreciate if we could get a turn by turn sheet for future reference.

Peeked at the weather upper 70s and Sunday might be 80deg.

2 hours from my place. I'm okay with leaving at 6am but Huey and Madmudder still have to get here first which makes it much earlier for them, especially Huey. I'll let you know after I talk with them KJ.

Hey guys somebody out here in cyber space can you tell me if it's possible to download the Route Turn Files to my I Phone?

One option for turn sheets would be to import the GPX files into MS Streets & Trips, then print the route to PDF; you could print or store that on your phone.

But I like Ray's suggestion...

I get to extend the riding😄. Leaving Wv Sunday to visit one of our plants in Tn Monday then on to SC for another plant Tuesday then back to NY. May actually get paid mileage to run the dragon😄

Since I don't use this text-to-turn print media... (I'm a bit corn-fused at what you want)

I can see this option in BaseCamp, is this the info you wish printed? The list looks quite long with lots of turns and degree's listed (like above^), kinda looks like a headache to me.

Okay, I think I have it clarified more, but again, I'm not sure what you guys need. How about this sample of Crix n Creeks...
