3-2?

The best part is.. my Patriot-fan friends still maintain his innocence. Basically, Tom can do no wrong. It's all drama slash humor that I think is quite entertaining. The "very heated" discussion that went on for over an hour about this in Billings MT (MOA Rally) was priceless to say the least.

I'll keep this all as entertainment, and, drink my spirits in cheer to all the one's who get so churned up about this. It's entertainment (maybe in a weird kinda way?), but, I actually get a kick out of all the fans and their devoted support... and some will even go into a fist fight over stupid **** like this.

Bring on the season and SKOL VIKINGS!

Yeah, he's pretty much your ordinary guy.

...Yeah, he's pretty much your ordinary guy.
Ya know, if there had been one (1) more psi in the football none of that would have ever happened ;) Even the Patriots defense played better in spite of the fact that they didn't handle the ball.

What's more amazing is that all of this was achieved while surrounded by teams that were almost never rated as a top 5 team.

Alan and Fred I'm blaming this on 111F heat here today in Chandler AZ, if Jastremski was my Equipment Mgr. I'd blame him! Jastremski, my ***!

True... and the whole fumble statistic... its amazing how they achieved the stats they did considering the "deflator" was at home in New Hampshire on every one of those away games. yet they were able to continue to exceed expectations. Amazing what the mere threat of deflation can accomplish.

Facts and lack of evidence have finally prevailed. Suspension has been vacated for Brady. Likely this isn't over, but Brady will get to play the whole season.

It's sorta hard to screw without balls...Just sayin'.

Attorneys do what they do, but in this case, I think they were right.

Now, let's move on to something better...Like, anything!

Well, the court did find that the NFL followed what ever rules they have about making notifications, judgments and punishments. The court didn't rule anything about the actual incident which precipitated this cluster f.....

And the concussions and domestic violence will continue.....

Pats haters, don't get your hopes up too high. Judge Chin is not the fat lady.

The sole dissenting opinion in the 2-1 split decision was the 2nd Circuit Court Chief Justice Katzman . Brady and the NFLPA will appeal the latest decision for a full panel review within the required 15 days, and since the Chief was one of two 2nd Circuit judges (Berman the other) who felt otherwise, there is a good chance the full circuit court will consider the appeal.

This is a pretty major piece of labor law precedent. I would be very surprised if they refused it.

I'm pretty sure that this is no longer Jokes and Fun Stuff and has drifted to "Off Topic BS", or maybe "Never Ending Pointlessly Continuing Threads"?

I would too, as that would be a decent test. The other three games are throw aways.

Even if Brady does have to sit the first 4, they are still equal odds with the 'hawks at SB champs in Vegas.

<semi rant> This topic is located in the JOKES section, which is precisely where it belongs. </semi rant>
