Damn! Neither of those dates work for me. Someday I want to make it over for one of these events.

Suggest a date. I'm not hardwired into those two dates. Another day might be better for everyone else...? December could work also.

I don't have much tech to do, just would like some help with suspension settings, you guys pick a date and I will make it if I can.

Neil, if johnny80s is doing another FJR valve adjustment and Fairlaner is conducting a Seminar on making a perfect Southern Comfort and Coca-Cola: I am in.

Perhaps FJRBluesman can conduct his Origami and Macrame Symposium again, that was extremely popular at the last SoCal Tech Day; it was marvelous!!!

The Dukemobile could use a valve check (can anyone help us with this?) A tbs & plug change. Weather permmiting us to cross the desert.

Not sure how good an idea it is to attempt a valve check that far from home, but if someone with experience offers help here, I'm game if you are. You may want to plan for at least two days just in case. No problem with that on our side of the Colorado.

As far as the TBS and plug change - easy peasy dood!

And FYI i think that the 19th is the Weenie ride up here at Pinks....

So you call all test out your work afterwards with a ride up too LA...

I'll ride down and carry beer, antifreeze, grease and miscellaneous stuff. I need a valve check. Is that ok?

I have a Morgan Carbtune, and would gladly swap a TBS for some confidence inspiration on a valve check.

Just to be clear on the valve check/adjust - I have ZERO experience with that, and not much more confidence. If someone wants to attempt that, they need to bring their own talent.

But I do have tools....
