you can add another 280 from me for yesterday's monthly DFW ride.

For the week, 336 CBR miles.

Very nice day here in Mid TN today. Temps were in the low 70’s for a little while.

Today at a Center Hill Lake overlook . :bike:

Shokdimn says, “can ya take the picture from over there”? TerryG says, "ya gotta overlook him—he’s often backwards”.

Wow, do I ever miss Center Hill Lake. I remember skiing all summer on that lake...also remember how clear the water was. Used to spend a lot of time screwing around on the Caney Fork Creek as well. Kids just dont get to do that nowadays (of couse I shoulda drowned a few times in that creek, but that is besides the point.). Funny thing was I grew up on Old Hickory Lake but we ended up spending all of our spare time at Center Hill.

Nice pics Shok!

+ 450, still just commuting, although this past weekend was prime riding weather, had other commitments :(

From what I can tell, there are about 250 active posters and maybe a total of 400 to 500 active members. Let's go with 250. If each of those 250 people rode just 4000 miles this year, that's a million FJRforum miles in 2008. Seems easy enough. So here's the challenge . . .
Neat idea. I wonder if I'm in the "400 to 500 active members" list.... hehe. getting back into it at least.

So i read through most of this. It looks like you are counting non-FJR miles? I plan to do a lot more touring this year on the FJR, but also do some decent miles on the rest of them.... and hell, I commute quite a bit on my scooter.... (does that count?)

anyway, will post up with some real numbers soon. Thanks for taking the effort to log it all.
