Insurance up dat: Renewal time with Progressive and they are agressive.. Old rate $451.00 New rate $689.00 looks like a 68%

increase. Reason to many claims.

Which bike group effects the rate change the most?

I just switched to Progressive (had State Farm; they wasnted $420/yr). Progressive came in at $254 with same/like coverage. I carry $1000 deductible to keep things in line (I'm looking for catastrophic coverage and am willing to take the risk for lesser claims).
