After a week of 80's temps today in Tucson are only in the 60's. The Zonies are wearing overcoats, rumor is some street people froze last night. They're looking at me funny like cause I'm wearing a short sleeve polo. Ran off and hide in the local forest.

15° in Alpine right now, according to the webcam. Light snow on the ground. If you guys are still going, be really careful, and dress warm. It sounds like Don is staying south, which is a good choice.
Have fun!

Jo, rode the Southern Loop: Superior-Globe-Mammoth-Oracle-Florence We found a fantastic Mexican Restaurant in Mammoth: El Pueblito, Fantastico! 337 S Hwy 77, Mammoth, AZ 85618

No only was our Brunch fantastic, but they have a La Tortilleria and a La Panadería (bakery) as part of the Dining Area. I came home with a dozen Chile Roja tamales and two dozen Maize Tortillas fresh from the Oven, I wanted a dozen Green Corn tamales but they had already sold them out! Magnifico!

Rain cat and dogs Chistmas Eve. Rain turned to snow around midnight and ended up with about 3" of white shit by morning. Almost had a green Christmas.

Still above freezing up here. Supposed to go back into the shitter and stay their till April.

So I guess it got down to about 60F then.

Sunny and nice in the Pittsburgh area today and tomorrow with highs in the 50s. Pretty outstanding for this time of year. Notice that natural gas futures are falling? That is the sound of riding in the Northeast.
Need pictures...
PM me your phone number...I might be able to do a "live: shot.
Done.
I had in mind riding out your way today, but the wife had in mind going on a bicycle ride on the nearby bike trails. So, just time for a short ride on the FJR this afternoon after returning. Hopefully there will be another weather break, and I'll have a chance to come over and heckle the young guy with a bad back.

Hope you're reasonably comfortable.

I just gotta move south next winter.
Atlanta is great, except it's a long haul to ski country.

Tourism site: https://www.atlanta.net/ -- and the snow in the "rotating" photo was from last year's Snowpocalypse. We rarely get more than one snow event, and it's usually 5 cm or less. Of course, when it happens the entire City takes a holiday.
