Doing a pre-qual ride? No wonder you're always faster than everyone you ride with :assassin:

Must have been awesome up there today - its great when you get there before the mud and exhaust turns all the snow banks all nasty black.

Everything's still on track on my end for showing up in Sonora next Tuesday morning - with this warm weather the river and waterfall levels ought to be increasing for the next few days - maybe we'll get lucky and hit some kind of crazy flood levels by next week!

When I say I did it.....what I mean is I did the route in map source for my gps.......

I was kind of wondering how you might have taken a quick ride around the Sierras on such short notice but from all the talk it seemed possible that you could make it up and back in just a couple of hours

I have dibs on claiming rights to the crystal ball - see post #6..........

Sorry Bud,....don't see July 4th anywhere in your post ! :p
Good try, but you missed it by 18 days - I've been stewing over this one ever since you posted it Dave :yahoo:

Anyways, looks like we're all gonna get a shot to see the park at the best time of the year, even though you working stiffs will have to fight off the mobs on the weekend :p

You guys mind if I tag along. Looks like I can get away from work on Tuesday. Yosemite sounds cool. I live in Stockton. So I could meet up in Sonora.

Ken
