    FJR or HD Roadking

I was a life long Harley guy too, last bike was an Ultra Classic. Sold that to purchase a tractor for the property, but ended up on a KLR for commuting to work for the last three years. I just got back from test riding an FJR, nice bike, if I could get the bars back a bit for my short arms it...

Just test road a FJR today...

My local dealer had an 08 on the floor, walked in and stood around for a while, sat on it, looked it over, drooled on it and not a sales person in sight. Went home and called about it, guy said it was sold, made no effort to sell me one, pretty strange.

It looks like in your tool kit you have a regular tire plug kit, have you ever used it? We had a flat once and the bike kept spitting the standard type string plug out. I've had pretty good luck with a Stop N Go plug system for bike and ATV tires. Stop N Go

    Harley Down

You can lean a Harley over farther than you think, you just have to not react to the grinding noise till you get the parts properly clearanced.

    Moving to Dallas, TX

Everybody has covered the riding aspect, burb wise some of the better places North you might consider are Flower Mound, Lewisville, Highland Village, Frisco, Plano. Depends on where you end up working. Traffic sucks as mentioned, my solution is to get to work at 5:15 and leave at 3:00. Good luck...
