God Bless the People of the Czech Republic!

Too bad some in our own government don't feel the same way.

Big ups to Tourmaster's Sentinel rain gear!

I have the same suit in a Large and I can get the jacket into a gallon sized zip lock bag. The pants have their own bag; but it is about the same size.

    Interphone F4 - Bluetooth headset

I have the old Blue Ant and used it only for intercom. My biggest complaint was that the batteries would only last about 4 hours or so. We ride longer than that. How long will the batteries last on intercom for this new unit?

Told off my first cager yesterday

While I'm sure it felt great and I don't blame you, be very careful. There are a lot of idiots out there that might pull a knife or gun on you. Really think about approaching a vehicle like that again. It may end up badly for you.

    Kleenex highly recommended before viewing

EXACTLY---The young and the old are the reasons many of us served our time. So that we could protect a way of life for those who cannot protect themselves. I just hope we don't lose that way of life from internal actions of our own.

    Tourmaster pants

The Venture Air is good; but so is the Tourmaster Transition. My wife and I both have them and they are really good 3 season pants. Usually www.newenough.com has good prices and their service can't be beat.

John Ryan Attempts "Ultimate Coast to Coast"

Sorry if I missed it; but John doesn't look like a young guy. Anyone know how old he is?

    Grip Puppies

I used hairspray to put them on my heated Honda grips. Just wet thoroughly (until the hairspray runs out), slide on and let set 15 minutes for the hairspray to dry. Acts like a like coating of blue loctite on a thread. Holds them steady; but easy to take off when you want to.

    Armored Skivvies

Why not just use the overpants and take them off when you get to work/school? Put your jeans/shorts underneath and be comfy when you get there.

Market view from a former day trader.

Hey Eagle-I learned a new definition of financial liquidity today. It's when you look at your retirement fund and pee your pants.

The Best Damn Place in the World to Live is...

Let's not forget the Chattanooga, TN area. Reasonable cost of living. Not crowded. No State Income Tax. Four seasons; but winter is short-6 weeks MAYBE when you can't ride. Close to N. Georgia, N. Alababma, North and South Carolina great riding. 1 1/2 hours from Atlanta for Big City stuff...

    Jacket idea

The problem with a tank bag is that when you leave the bike, you have to figure out some way to take the weapon with you. I'm also concerned about landing on a CCW; but I'm thinking that maybe a shoulder holster makes the most sense. If I carry it under my left arm, I'm thinking that maybe...

    Communication Systems

Don't forget the Baehr system from Germany. I think it's better than all the rest; but that's only my opinion of course. The prices have just gone up because of the slipping $ so it's gotten really expensive; but I still think its worth it. It's very compact (fits in the tool compartment of...

    Soft Luggage Tail Bracket System

Nelson Rigg has some really great soft luggage that can be used on a tail rack or on the pillion. Pretty flexable and good prices at www.newenough.com; but most (if not all of them) require some type of sissy rack to fasten them.

    Actual Cost at D&H

Thanks for the response; but I was specifically interested in what D&H was getting.

    Actual Cost at D&H

I think I've looked at every possible search criteria and found out the cost of a LOT of stuff; but I couldn't find out what D&H is really selling a new 2008 ABS for(or if they are still available).

cleaning and then treating the driveway

My driveway isn't nearly as long as yours; but I do it about every 5 years or so. I first pressure wash it (be careful you can dig a hole in the concrete with a pressure washer) and then seal it with a clear concrete sealer I buy at Home Depot(can't remember the name). Here in Nebraska, it...

Soltek HID Light Kit Night Photo's

Thanks Kaitsdad; but where did the history go? Was it moved to another forum link or string? The last post in June 2007 indicated additional testing was going to happen regarding the turn lights as well as the driving lights and then it ended. I'm going to be getting a new FJR one of these...

Soltek HID Light Kit Night Photo's

OK what happened? I,m a newbie and I've followed all 13 pages of this thread and BLAM--posts stop in June of 2007 and then WHAM they start again in March of 2008. Did the lights get done? Did the mountings get completed? Was there a group buy? Did Ted marry Alice---oops sorry different story?
