Aw Shucks! What a heck of an adventure. That class looks like a lot of fun and some true-ride learning. Gonna have to find one around here; then again the venture to the west coast looks like the roads are definitely more useful for learning. Congrats on finishing; thanks for sharing.

Slow & Easy..... Get your body back then your mind will come full circle when you get back on the bike. Don't think on it so much until it's time to ride again. Your confidence will definitely help your spouse with hers.

There are 2 pesky screws deep within the cone; each a inch or so from the light on each side that must be in tact, before it will fit snug. Some, like my dealer tech, removed them, to make room in the cone; but forget to put them back on. Cone must still be attached to the right and left top...

I like my 550,and it has been through a 30mph mounting drop(my fault) and a freeway crash. Durability is awesome. It still works, just installed a new screen digitizer. My buddy just bought a bike with one (550) on it and wants me to sell it for him; he has no interest in a gps on his new to...

Nice, good mixture of bikes in the group. Interesting looking Duc. Although nothing can compare to the FJR...in my slightly biased opinion.

Spotted 3 FJR's (all black) so 08' or 09, as I am on a 08'. Was riding gunner for our little casual group heading south to Galveston. Passed one feller on 45south, and the other 2 were on the seawall. Heck, I didn't see any other FJR's up at Sturgis this year. I really like the LS Rally...

Just like going to the Dr. I ordered the Screen from the Far East, and now the 550 is working like it's old self. So I'll just keep it on hand for now--when it arrives.
