Do an Ebay search for electropods. One of the guys on the Warrior forum installed them on his Warrior and man are they bright. Those you listed don't have any way of attaching themselves to the bike. The electropods come with an adhesive strip on them so install is a cinch.

There is no way I would go to Mexico for any type of surgery. Living on the border I hear too many horror stories about surgeries gone bad - lapband, gastric bypass and the most common is lypo suction. One of my wife's teachers nearly died because of a lyposuction gone wrong in Monterrey.
