Great pictures Mark and thanks for the snippets WC just enough to feed the addiction.

I miss the real time tracking but then again I didn't get anything else done during the last rally.

I've got Diana hooked on the rally this year, um... two up for 2013 could be a goal

Wishing luck. speed and safety to all the riders

Chris

It just dawned on me that Scooter may be using the Top Gun brackets I sold him for his aux lights... after he did the dirt dance coming down off Independance Pass going to WFO in Boulder... His right bracket was messed up. I sold him mine... wonder if those are the ones...?

Kinda neat to have added a very, very, very, small part to his effort.

After talking with SkooterG in the parking lot...he knows he is normally pessimistic about how he scored...this time he said he was below average and knew that he needed to "get his game on" if he wanted to have any chance in the rally.

I'm sure he feels better now with the scores out. :)

Other than Skooter and Iggy, can anyone fill in the blanks to provide forum names to real names?
you're assuming we know Skooter and Iggy's real names ???

I think what I've always heard are nicknames or shame on their mothers... :yahoo:
Good point...sorry.....

Other than SkooterG (Greg Marbach) and Ignacio (Matt Watkins), can anyone fill in the blanks...

ON THE MOVE!!!

Iggy has started towards Rockville on I-90, joined by a couple others.

Jerry White is headed west on I-88, along with Rick Sauter.

Marbach is heading south for some reason.

The vast majority of other riders are still in St Charles, no doubt still plotting their Leg 2 routes.

How many Wings in the top 20?
Three.
LOL,
Lots of fun ways to look at the numbers ---here are few fun factoids per Leg1 standings:

++ Of all the FJR's entered, 32% are currently in the top20

++ Versus 50% of all Concours-14's which hold top20 status

+More GL-1800's than any other bike in the rally(20) --15% currently hold top 20 status

+Of all the BMW's in the rally 14% currently hold top20 status.

****AND, 100% of the Victory motorcycles entered are in the top20 --UHH, actually 100% of all entered are in the TOP 5

and you thought your 6th grade math teacher was crazy when she said numbers can be fun ;-)

....It'll be fun to watch the trends as the days roll on.
