"While the conventional 48mm fork remains on the FJR1300A, the fork and shock manufacturer is now KYB, and the fork itself is fully adjustable (manually), with revised settings for more damping character and feel, says Yamaha. The rear monoshock also receives revised settings, with rebound and preload adjustability."

Marketingspeak...... we had that on Gen 1....... albeit we had adjustments on both forks, not just the right side like GenIII. BTW, I'm wondering what is "more damping character and feel"? And that good old shock with it's rebound adjuster and Soft/Hard settings...... well it did get a stronger spring back in 2013........

Bellerophan - find looking bike, indeed. I swear that blue looks darker than the '06/'12. I've brought that up before, and many of your have corrected me. But my German ancestry sometimes bleeds through my thick skull. I can't wait to see one in the flesh and put that to rest once and for all.

Regardless - she's a looker. No doubt about that.

Ya know, if that thing ever comes in you will have to find a new hobby to take up your time. Have you ever thought about getting into motorcycling? ;)
