90F in Batopilas eh? This is unusually warm for Batopilas and Creel. Don are you organizing a ride on the recently paved road?
It has been unusually warm in Seattle too. No skiing in the hills, little snow in the mountains and no riding for Fontanaman cause his left wrist is in a brace recovering from a frayed tendon and a bit of tendonitis so it may as well be 0F and sleeting here in Seattle.
Actually that 90F in Batopilas in mid-December is not that unusual, since Creel is over 5000 feet higher it probably was only 40F there up on El Barrancas del Cobre Rim.

Hola Jim, I'm always up for a ride to Copper Canyon, staying at Hotel las Minas en Batopilas. I am booked for May, but April is still open for another run down to Old Mexico!
Don you are tempting me.........

Just remember, if the Federalies come a knocking ...and they have masks on?! You might not want to answer the door as well just **** your drawers. JS'

You've been warned honkies.

They are riding in warmer weather, just in "Newer Mexico"! Was in Silver City, site of this years SW-FOG, last week and there was a different group of Canadian riders come through every night. They were flying into Phoenix, renting in Scottsdale and riding around the south west. I saw HD's and FJR's both. They sure are a friendly bunch once you start drinking and talking motorcycles with em.

Hombres/Hosers, you definitely don't see any of these crossing the roads of Mexico eh! JSNS!
Are you talking about the Moose Don?

Mexico is a wonderful country to ride in and keeps the thrill of adventure alive in moi! Also I didn't see any bear or deer when I was down there. I fear deer more than riding in Mexico.

Yo Canuckistanis, wouldn't you like to be in Mexico? 30F Tomorrow in Bowmanville, Ontario...
I hate to burst your preconceived notions about Canada but Bowmanville doesn't represent the *entire* country. It's 47F here in Vancouver. Great riding weather!
Tell me that when the storm from Kali, now hammering Washington State visit Vancouver. :)
