Man...didn't know the keg idea would that big of a good idea. Maybe once location is decided we can see if a local distributor can give us a "donation" of a keg! Would be a hell of a lot easier than loading that thing on the Feejer. What about banners? You know the kind that beer/soda companies print? Too cheesy or good idea? I might be able to score some of those. As well as maybe some small windshield decals for EOM 08.

Perhaps. But, think of how "Cool" you would look pulling into the parking lot with a keg strapped to your feej. You could be King, man. Think of all the witnesses as you made your way there. Superman could kiss the 'ole arse. You would be the new American Hero.

Hmmm.... that WOULD HAVE to make me the coolest one there. As long as no one minds it being flat from the turns by the time I get there!

Skyway or Garauld one Keg Mount Please

A pony keg would fit alot easier. Maybe a couple of us bring the pony kegs and the rest have to bring the ice to fill up someone bathtub to keep them cold!

On the couple of routes we went on there werent many really twisty roads. After riding a while we'd finally hit some and then turn around and run through them again. It was still a great day of riding and the small towns along the way were worth checking out. Boone I think had more curvy roads to play on...but not the towns or as nice of a hotel. Had a great time at both...

Hey, this oughta work:

And I sure do miss my trailer days. (Pulling one, not living in the white-trash park.)

I'll go anyplace you want to have it. I rode down to Townsend a couple of years ago for the get together there (got with some friends who were there). I was on a Goldwing then (a few of you may have rode with me...we took a pretty spirited ride). Anyway I'm on a FJR now so I won't look so much like the mother ship sitting in the parking lot!!

Keep it east of the rockies and I'm there. It was a great weekend. Well four days I had to make it last a little longer. The roads were great - even the first days rain getting there made me appreciate the rest of the riding. Found some nice people there too.

I'm in just about anywhere. I do like the twisties as I live in the flatlands of Va.

I'm still doing some checking at differant places here in Northern W.Va. :clapping:

If things turn out I'll post up in the next 2-3 weeks.

And if W.Va. doesn't work maybe Western Md. or South Western Pa.? :glare:

I had been looking around the Pocono area, but wasn't sure what kind of rates I should be looking for. Could also consider Deep Creek Lake, MD. If I can help you look for things, drop me a PM.

Pennsylvania rural highways have a speed limit of 45 mph...at least the ones I rode on this past fall.

It's almost like riding in Canada with the low speed limit. :)

I never noticed that they had speed limits in PA.
Every bike has a speeed limit! My FJR speeed limit is 153

CFR hopefully will be on the East coast in 08 and if we keep the dates the same as 07:

CFR 5-7 September (weekend after labor day)

EOM 12-14 September

The only problem here would be that CFO is planning a week early for 08 11-14 September.

I know a lot did CFR and EOM. Did anyone do EOM and CFO?
