What the **** Bungie, I thought you Canucks were tough. I watched that muy malo Hoser Hombre "BugR" steal gasoline from an Italian in broad daylight and you won't ride to Moab in a truck trailer - with Yamafitter and Huron52?
Fixed that for you.

Silly American, you have yet to learn the difference between tough and stupid. I see you didn't share a flight, a hotel room for even one night, hell didn't even ride ***** with either of them during your Alps trip!

Cooped up in a truck with Tom rocking in his chair staring at nothing in the distance while saying "I never get to go anywhere" or Bill's garlic scented Kelbasa farts? Sure! sounds like fun!
Point very well stated Steve, I now stand corrected!

https://www.discovermoab.com/fourwheel.htm Here's a really fantastic website from City of Moab, Utah Visitor's Bureau detailing the four most popular trails we will be riding!

Chicken Corners, Gemini Bridges, Poison Spider Mesa and Moab Rim; Moab Rim is most difficult and if you're afraid of heights this trail will scare the life right out of you!

Here's what the Moab Rim Trail looks like! No way mi "Salma Hayek", Papa Chuy's BMW F650GS Twin, can negotiate this route; Bill F. - yamafitter calls her "Miss Piggy"!

However, if I had a new Honda CRF250 in my hands (like someone we know) I would be going for broke (I do mean BROKE!).

That bike looks far to clean
Hey, the bike had 13km on it when that pic was taken. It still has the knibblies on the knobbies.
I think Honda will sell a bunch of those. I'm waiting with bait breath to read your evaluation of the lil hot rod...
So Russ, are you and Q-Tip coming out West for FODS V!? If you are, pick up petey and Nosecone on the way. Guys, just some food for thought on getting to Moab, Utah. At yesterday's monthly AZ Beemers Club Meeting I discovered that six of our Members are using a motorhome to tow the AZB Club Trailer loaded with six dirtbikes to Moab. https://classic.mapquest.com/maps?1c=Chandler&1s=AZ&1y=US&1l=33.303379&1g=-111.840828&1v=CITY&2c=Moab&2s=UT&2y=US&2l=38.570221&2g=-109.553062&2v=CITY 490 miles from Chandler to Moab.

Since there are large numbers of FJR Owners within 50 miles of Seattle, Sacramento and Los Angeles this might be a really good way to go for getting to FODS VI from these major FJR Forum cities. Sober designated drivers can drive, while the rest of the crew drinks and plays cards in the back of the RV. 1,100 miles from Seattle to Moab: https://classic.mapquest.com/maps?1c=Seattle&1s=WA&1y=US&1l=47.603561&1g=-122.329437&1v=CITY&2c=Moab&2s=UT&2y=US&2l=38.570221&2g=-109.553062&2v=CITY

I was thinking about it. Didn't get to go west with Q-tip this summer due to a death in the family. I've not heard if he rode over to Moab or not. It's on my list of must do's fer sure.

Daughter #1 will be giving birth to her first kid near that date, so I'm guessing the wife will think I should be in Louisville.

Hmm...

Decisions, decisions...

Don,

Will Cec and I be welcome if we bring our RZR side by side.

If so we will attend.

Thanks,

Joe & Cec

Hell Yes, Jose! Even though I'm trailering up my GS, I intend to take Donna, Seth and possibly granddaughter Rianna out for off road excursions in our Jeep Liberty.

We will be taking our truck and camper, will make a reservation for an RV site.

Maybe we can travel together on this.

Will talk about this later.

Hola Cec and Joe, here is the Stanley Clan Game Plan: Don-Donna-Seth-Rianna are going to spend Wednesday night, March 20 in a Holbrook, Arizona hotel, so we can get an early jump on Moab the next morning. Four of us are booked in a cottage for Thursday-Friday-Saturday nights, on Sunday morning March 24 we are going to do an early getaway and drive all the way back to Chandler.

RV reservations made.

Thanks Don for setting this up.
Joe and Cec, The Stanley Clan is just glad that you two will be able to attend FODS V!! For you couples that own these OHV Side-by-Sides you should really bring them to Moab, great fun for a couple to ride out on the trails together!

Any more long distanced travelled people signing up to this?

Hate to think that Bill and I will get the long distance award.

As much as I'd love to go, its really hard to justify when the travel time is about 3x the actual event time.
