I called Jack today to discuss this. I am waiting for his reply to the shipping situation.

Yeah, Jack said something about taking my address even though he probably didn't need it. I said that I thought he was going to ship directly to us. He said that the details still had to be worked out with SKYWAY. Hopefully SKYWAY will work it out with Jack so that he doesn't have to package and re-ship all the units.

In my experience with mail order, many times the packages come damaged in transit. If the unit has to ship twice then there are two opportunities for the shippers to screw up.

Jack told me the same thing he told Mary but I figured it would work out one way or the other......

During my conversation with Jack today he made the same remarks as above regarding shipping. So I asked him WTF would I have everyone call in with their order and address if you were not going to ship out the units. I would have simply called you and asked to purchase 15 or so radar detectors at a discount. This isn't rocket science here, for crying out loud.

The conversation ended along the lines of, 'if you don't ship them, I don't want them.'

So now I'll wait til Friday until some bigger than Jack cheese makes the final call.
