Okay guys. The Arco is there, it is safe and friendly and we don't have to do anything but meet. We could always move it on the East side of the freeway at the Starbucks if that will work better. We do need to solidify this though. I have put it on the other forum and on facebook as the Arco already though. Johnny, are you really out? Slappy, I have been taking the info from the facebook page and updating my post above and the other forum page each day, but I think you already figured that one out. We are looking at a really good turnout so far and it can only get bigger from here.

I would like to join all of you, if that is all right. Sounds like a real good time. Ride, Eat, Ride, Eat, Ride...........I don't think I have plans for that weekend. :p

Had the pleasure of the Hwy 2 Ride with the group, and would love to go to BB.

I blew-out my knee a week ago and all of my riding for the next six weeks will be virtural.

Have fun...

JB

Holly Crap! This reads like a who's who.

I can see the Big Bear News headlines now: "BMWs invade Alpine resort town"

Ok put me down as a maybe. This could be too good to miss.

John you've been rather quite, we missed you on some local rides. I hope you weren't mowing the lawn again. :p
Sorry to hear your knee is blown out. Heal soon, and come join us for food, food, and more food, and maybe even some riding. ;)

Last year's Big Bear ride was on August 23, 2008. It should be a bit cooler this year when we take over the patio area again of the Old Country Inn. Great job last year, Slappy. We are looking forward to another great ride.

La Pinguina Plata: Has Andy seen this post? bikesniffer-Alfred translated the latest Motorrad K1300GT test. Very disturbing!
LOL! Andy just told me about the list of repairs done on his RT. At least the final drive got away with a new seal.
Jill, after our Swiss Freund Alfred pointed me to latest copy of Motorrad from Germany I informed SkooterG I was not going to buy a 2010 BMW K1300GT from Scottsdale BMW. After 40 years of Kool-Aid drinking, I'm now getting a cold check book!!
