Federal Way. Was thinking of getting up early and running to carnation, but tonight's activities will determine wake up time.

Didn't sleep much last night my body is still in night shift mode. Not going to make it today it's too risky.

Hi ho, hi ho...off to Tech Day we go!

See all y'all (less sporty) in a couple hours. ;-)

Sorry you can't make it PP. Come down after lunch, it'll still be going on.

I won't be seeing you all on this fine day. Drop me a message if you guy's ever have another mega ride to Mt Baker.

Just finished building a chopper.......

Wound up sleeping till 12:30 and we have to drive to Wisconsin tomorrow. Probably a good thing we stayed home. Would have been great to go if the conditions were right. Wasn't worried about a little rain I like it cooler but that and being overtired is just asking for trouble.

Had a GREAT time today! It was fun meeting so many new people. Even ran into a few I had met before in the ST community.

Great turn out, Theo had a great time playing with Charlie, nice seeing new faces and the old timers.

Thanks Bryan and Marissa for hosting another great tech meet.

That was one damn interesting meeting. Lots of nice people, maintenance tips and info circulating around not to mention all blends of FJR and accessories to check out. Thanks to Bryan and Marissa for organizing this meeting and I hope to join you again soon!

Really good to see you all again. Awesome to see Bobby Blue was doing well enough to be here - your progress has been remarkable. Special thanks to Dave Hodges of GP Suspension for coming and spending the afternoon with us,

I was amazed at how much work was done on so many bikes! If I had known there was going to be a professional grade tire machine there, and redneckj there operating it, I would have brought my tire pressure sensors alone and installed them. Now I have to do it using my NoMar. Not nearly as easy. :(

I love the smell of FJR burned gasoline in the morning ! PM me the address please Bryan....nothing to do with the new heart ....just typical old fart lack of mammary cells ! Cant wait to see the '16s ! Fantastic to still be alive and able to attend !
It was really great to see you Bobby Blue. And I'm going to hold you to the promise you made for the next tech day.

Me too!

Thanks Bryan and Marissa for another fantastic Tech Day. Great to see old and new faces. Always great to see what new thing people have done to their FJRs. Lastly, it was great seeing Bobby Blue out and about.

I always like the little side story's.

Joe Pearce is a new guy. How new is he you ask, so new that he isn't on the forum and found out about the tech day from a forum friend.

Joe met the group at Starbucks and was going to ride with us to the tech meet. We left Starbucks in two groups because of the large number of riders. We had 9 in our group with Hudson leading and me sweeping.

Joe's story actually started 2 day's earlier when he pulled the nail out of his rear tire and patched it. We went about 5 miles from Starbucks before Joe's tire went flat. Dang it. Three of us stayed with Joe and the rest headed to the tech meet on all back roads of course.

I dug out my air compressor and patch kit and Joe patched the tire. Five miles later the tire went flat again. Dang it, I knew I shouldn't have put my patch kit back under the seat. Joe patched the tire again and this time it held air all the way to the tech meet. We decided while the tire was pumping up the second time that we would take the tire off at the tech meet and patch the hole from the inside.

By the time we got to the tech meeting projects were already high gear. Bryan was rebuilding forks (7 sets I think), Marissa was setting up the breakfast/coffee (35+ folks) and redneckj (11+ tires) was hard at work on the tire machine.

As luck would have it, redneckj's take off rear tire still had some good miles left on it. So rather than patch Joe's tire, they put J's tire on and he will be good to go for lots of miles. Thanks J and welcome to the FJR Asylum Joe.
