OK, at this point, if only half of the maybes moved to the definitely category we'd have a 25% discount. So, for those of you waiting on prices, figure that you will have a 25% discount off whatever seat you decide to build and then go to the Russell website to calculate your cost. If you build a solo saddle in vinyl it'd be $455 minus 25% = 341.25.

$341.25 for a custom made Russell seat? Ridiculous!!! What are you waiting for?

The special will be in December and the level of discount will depend on the amount of seats we purchase. The discount will start as low as 10% and could go up to 25% (maybe more) if we get some good volume on this group buy. Heather is going to send me the breakdown in the next few weeks but I thought I would post this now for those who might need to save up. Please post if you would be interested?

Can you provide some basics like.

Does the discount apply to the entire order, seat, backrest, options etc...?

I assume that the shipping charges will be the same as listed on their website?

Do they charge sales tax on S&H?

Since there is a surcharge for "ride ins" can they honor the discount and still charge the ride in surcharge?

I have back problems and would feel more comfortable doing the ride in.
