We hope to see you at the first ever FJR Owners DS ride in Northern California the weekend of...uh...September 15th? Then we'll take you to a lot more places than are shown in my pictures. I'll take this to ride planning

This gets better and better. Sep 15th is not only my weekend off work, but my birthday too. What a way to celebrate.

Is there a place to park a car/trailer near the beginning of the trail? Our shiny new bikes are not street legal. Besides, I'm wuss enough not to want to ride 400 miles or so on a 125 without a real seat.

Convenient answer: yes...and depending on what kind of trailer and what you are pulling it with, you could make it to Meadow Lake.

Dare say that for a moment I even considered offing the XX for some cash and a DS, but then I came back to my senses about not getting what I put into it out of it. Kicking myself over two dual sports I didn't jump on a few months ago.

Saw a clean used DRZ400S at Merced Power Sports (209-722-8055) for $3995.00. IIRC it was a 2005 with 1500 miles, yellow in color and looked to be mostly street ridden. JUMP!!!!
