I thought they only do beef in texas...Yea, brisket is so easy and done many times.If I can manage to buy a pork butt and resist the urge to cook it up all Pioneer Woman Dr. Pepper Chipotle style, I might actually get around to smoking one. But that is so darn tasty.
I see that smiley there. I've found brisket (and beef in general) much easier to ruin than pork. With a shoulder you brine it, rub it, toss it in the smoke and go take a nap.Yea, brisket is so easy and done many times.
