Neil,

MsNASCAR is curious to know if Janet and any other pillion types will be holding their own private gathering in the immediate vacinity during the Tech day? This will make up her mind if she will ride along or not.
At this point, Janet already has plans for the day, but Jacquie is welcome to hangout with us if she wants.
Wow Jacquie, won't that be "Special"!

Brother Neil, you have warned the Ladies that johnny80s lights his farts at these Tech Days, haven't you!!

Not to worry. This isn't the women folks' first rodeo. Second, but not first.

...This is the first time I can remember that I have been grateful that it's not Friday yet...

Please PM Papa Chuy an address and I'll book a nearby motel/hotel.
PM sent.
Neil, What is this hotel like? It appears to be less than four miles from your house and is only $55 a night. Puzzled by the place only having a "2 stars" rating, but I figured that is because johnny80s lives there. Juan would bring any neighborhood down, ese!

Ramada Limited San Marcos 2 stars

517 W San Marcos Blvd, San Marcos, CA, 92069 United States

I don't know much about this place other than it's across the street from the old Home Depot, and right under the freeway. It's inexpensive, but the feedback on it sure sounds bad.

Yeah, on Priceline.com it only rated 5.7 out of 10; that 2 stars was on Hotels.com; this joint must be adjacent to johnny80s place. I'll keep looking, maybe the Best Western, Holiday Inn or Hilton!

Our fancy new hotel in the area is the Residence Inn in San Marcos.

1245 Los Vallecitos Boulevard, San Marcos, CA 92069

Supposed to be pretty good. Within walking distance (< 1/2 mile) to alot of resturants.

I don't know what they charge, but I hear they even have indoor plumbing. We're gettin' kinda tony around these parts.

Neil, do you know how copper wire was invented? Hibernians Mick and Paddy were fighting over a penny! $129 for the Residence Inn in San Marcos! At $55 a night at the Ramada, I will just fight off the cockroaches, johnny80s and bedbugs with a dinner fork! I am not saying I am as cheap as a Scotsman, but this Irishman will fart on a rock to save the grease! jes' sayin' and nuff' said!

Sheesh, sensitive group. I better do more meditating or something. And by the way, the sassy is all Minnesotan.

fjrchik,

Which part of MN are you from?
Grew up in Fairmont, then headed to the Twin Cities immediately after I graduated. Mostly lived in Eden Prairie, then had a townhouse in Burnsville for a coupla years until I transferred to Fort Worth.

Sounds great johnny80s, thanks for your hospitality! I do have just one question though. Do I have to wear the "Dominic The Dancing Italian Christmas Donkey" outfit over at your house again like last time? I mean I don't really mind, but I kind of think that it would freak my Girlfriend Donna out!

How cute. Johnny and Donny riding 2-up... HE INSISTS.

:****:
Just to clear the air here: Let it be known GalaxyBlue Adam slept with johnny80s long before I did, at the First Los Robustos Ride to Eat and Eat to Ride Rendezvous! jes' sayin' and nuff' said!

That's OK mdspilot, we all know you are from Southern California and you can't help yourself!

You need to PM Neil for his address, he is still in the Federal Witness Program over Extortion!

Tech Day is at my house in Vista (off Sycamore exit). Yep, still set for Dec 3. I will send my address to folks by PM who need it.

I am in for this. I need to learn how to work on my bike and stop paying out the nose for the shops to do it. I just had an oil change done but am sure I could use a TBS and possibly Spark Plugs because I don't think any of the shops have done that in quite a few miles. Neil, please send me a pm with the address to your place. Also, what are the best plugs to use on the FJR? I usually just take whatever the dealer installs.
