FJRBluesman, RadioHowie and Other USA Hockey Team Fans: Does one think perchance the Canucks are just a wee tad bitter this playoff? Are they slightly tweaked?

I really hate to admit this, but you're right.

But, how on earth do they allow this sort of political incorrectness continue? :angry:

Imagine all of the Blackhawk Indian children feeling so mortified that their honorable ancestors apparently carried around some silly curved wooden sticks and slid about on the ice wailing away at rubber disks? And that they would then drop their wooden weapons at the slightest whim and get into hand to hand combat? My god. The humanity.

Besides... the name "Devil Rays" was already tried once, and found to be far too racy for the SW FL constituents, and subsequently shortened to just "Rays". Thank goodness.
