God help you all if I become more friendly. I've already told you .... tequila makes me want to dance naked and write bad cheques :p
We'll keep you away from the Canada Post, eh. Dancing naked won't offend anyone. Especially if we're drinking too. And no one will remember it later...... until the pictures get posted that is. :dribble:

AAAAnnnnnddd....some of us don't drink, so we'll be "entertained", take clear pictures, and we'll remember what was said and by whom.

Heeeey, that's right, you don't drink. Err, so what's your excuse for odoting around the board? I just thought your "accent" was bottle related.

Just curious... do we have an unofficial roll call yet of who's planning on attending this lil' ol' shindig?

madmike2, You'll need to add Niehart to the list. That's how I'm able to attend and still be SW-FOG10 Ridemaster; Dave is loaning me a moto and I'm flying to Seattle!

I'm planning to join Barb's gig, btw. So, where does THIS turn of events leave us? :p
Duh, with more Babes in attendance. :D

Irish? I beg to differ. Not a single one of you is Irish. Some of you may claim Irish decent, but that's been tempered by constant and continuous exposure to North American culture. (speaking continentally)

Bah! After a few shots of tequila you won't be American, Canadian or Irish, you'll just be better looking and more friendly. :yahoo:

I did so, BUT it's not MY list.

Griff asked WHO was coming, so I went to the original thread and read through the posts trying to build one for him.

Anyone can "cut and paste" the list and edit it in a response post.

I'm not affiliated with the planning or organizing of this event. I'm merely an attendee and interested bystander.

Pretty sure the Hycles and Ric in Sacs intend to attend, too. Rick was talking about taking the ferry down from the north when he was down last month.

OM is a friggin Irish disgrace again, though. With his failure to post any (much less a good) excuse, I gotta imagine that he's wanted in Canada. Probably for some offense against sheep or goats or undersized horses.

Excuse....I need an excuse?

Will a written note from home work?

Have you forgotten my handle or the title under my avatar?

add the 3 amigo's to the list..

Okaaayyyyyy. I didn't understand that when I read through the other posts.

WHO are the 3 amigos?

Fairlaner

?

?

No....I don't keep up!
Just guessing, Mike; but Fairlaner always seems to tour with djbill and McRide. Remember, they were The Three Musketeers up at CFR in Nakusp, British Columbia.

No, Yes if it's from your daughter and not in crayon w/video of you asking her to write it for you and no to the last. You're sure living up to that title though. I salute you Shtirrenuppenmeister!

Griff

We're expecting about 40 to 50 players and we're probably about half way there counting the serious expressions of interest so far. Still 7 months to go so who knows where we'll end up. We've block-booked rooms around our reserved parking lot but if we fill all those up, the resort has more rooms available at that time of year. Accomodations shouldn't be a constraint if we get more players than we bargained for.

https://www.fjrforum.com/forum//index.php?s...=114013&hl= exskibum, I'm sure Old Michael will corroborate this matter soon; but if memory serves me, I believe the O'Keeffe Family Clan originally emigrated to Canada from Dublin. My Son Seth and I spent 12 days in the Republic of Ireland last March. Did not get up to Ulster, UK.

4 nights in Dublin and the rest throughout Eire. One of my missions for OM was to locate Doolan's Pub on Hogan Square; where OM's "Da" Mixer O'Keeffe drank at.

The Old Timers in the Pub remembered Michael's Father. The funny thing was, they thought he had become a "Northie". Dubliners are very discriminatory regarding "Southies" - South of the River Liffey and the "Northies" - N. of the Liffey. They had no idea the O'Keeffe Clan had gone to North America, they forgot about them because they believed they'd become "Northies"! Did get a nice photo of a photo showing the Michael O'Keeffe General Store on Fitzwilliam St. at Hogan Square.
