FJR Riders Western Roundup Attendance List as of 4/6/14: If you are going and are not on this list please inform me on this FJR Forum thread or [email protected] or 480-440-4666 and I will add your name. If you are packing your Significant Other on your bike, please let me know and I will list their name behind yours, for example: FJRBluesman and johnny80s. Thanks for adding me, Don. What a meet this will be! Lots of friends, lots of familiar names I don't know yet, and lots of GREAT roads to ride (of for us lucky Norcal guys to show off to the rest of you.)

Really looking forward to this gathering. Bring your cooling vests.

You guys crack me up. Sparks isn't any hotter than Sacramento in July. The air conditioning of the Sierra's is only 20 minutes away on your bike.

Of course to FarWestEddie who lives in the fog bank of Eureka it may seem a bit warmer.

If they were coming to Sac for the meet (but God only knows why they would), I'd give 'em the same warning.

Wow--I just noticed "Rick and Karen." Cool! And for them, Sparks should feel DAMN hot!

In July? Sparks will be HOT, I will miss my free mist and air conditioning...

I am having to modify my trip plans, my semi adopted daughter is getting married in Healdsburg on that Saturday, so I have to depart a day early, So, not to miss partying, I am going to arrive a day early. I can only hope this turn of events pisses somebody off, if not, I will try harder!

I will be over on 8 week FJR tour from Australia which ends in LA July 26. The only planning I have made is the route. I hope to be on the west coast making my way south from Seattle around the time of your Roundup. If the stars align, would an old bloke from Down Under be welcome to gate crash your party. If so, could someone send me a link to some details pls. All I know is what is in this thread. It seems like the perfect opportunity to meet up with a bunch of you while I am over there. I will understand if it is a closed event. Cheers. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

All of the info is below, welcome aboard mate! jes' sayin' and nuff said, crikey and strewth! Book online to get the best rate, book soon before the rates go up. https://www.westernvillagesparks.com

Official FJR Riders Western Roundup 7/10-7/13 of 2014 will be held in Sparks, Nevada. Mention "Yamaha FJR 1300" when you book your reservation at the Western Village Inn and Casino. I'm counting on Bugnatr, Old Michael and SacramentoMike to come up with some great day riding routes through the Sierras!

I'm not in the event, but I can't imagine that you would not be welcome.

I know others that might not be welcome, but I can't imagine you wouldn't be.

Hell's Bell's Wheatie, if we allow the damn Canadians to attend we sure as Hell would allow Aussies to attend! jes' sayin' and nuff said! festar has been added.

Just got off the phone with Brenda of Zia Graphics and the Western FJR Riders Roundup Shirt Orders are now a GO! Brenda's email is [email protected] and her phone number is 1-505-881-1477. You will have to give her your Credit Card Number over the phone, but you can send her an email with your shirt order and shipping address prior to calling her.

https://ziagraphics.com The XL and smaller shirts are $9 each, the 2XL shirt is $12 and the 3XL shirt is $13; all shirts are short sleeve gray with the logo on the back. So in my case I had one of each size for a total of $34, on top of that I had shipping to 85225 and the New Mexico 7% Sales Tax which brought my total purchase to $46.38. NOTE: Western FJR Riders Roundup!

Making contact with Brenda of Zia Graphics today, T-shirt ordering should commence on Tuesday! JSNS!
I want to gratefully thank Old Michael O'Keeffe for the outstanding hard work he performed in producing this shirt design for us! Originally it was going to depict a GenII Yamaha FJR 1300 with MaryEllen MEM and Dave Niehart riding naked on the moto, buy you all know just how much your Papa Chuy Viejo hates the GenII's eh! jes' sayin' and nuff said, eh!

Old Michael, on 08 Apr 2014 - 10:00, said:

Donaldo, you were supposed to post the graphic WITHOUT the apostrophe!
You're going to piss off MaryEllen, and being a nurse, she KNOWS how to hurt a man.
Mick you sent me the latest revision in JPEG, I am too computer stupid to know how to convert it to JPG. Rest assured that Brenda is printing up the shirts minus that fecking apostrophe, If you can send it to me converted to a JPG I will immediately post it up and erase the JPEG version eh! When MEM puts the surgical gloves on, I know that I am in big trouble ese!

PS: Hey Mick, did you notice the "headlights" in the graphic look like breasts. Jus' sayin'. 'Nuff said.

PSS: Michael, this FJR Forum software does not like JPEG! Maybe Alan ionbeam will fix this for us, eh!
