It couldn't be a better selection. Thanks Hal and Iggy and all concerned for putting this on. Patiently waiting.......PM. <>< :yahoo:

Thats how nasty rumors get started Michael..........even in your little grey hard to read writing.
and for the new guy I will be at the bar waiting for you.....

And Mike i finally got round to posting video from out NorCal ride last October....Titlow Hill Road amongst others.

HERE

I just watched the video, Richard. Great stuff! It was "wet" when we rode through there, in fact, we had to stop and put on our rain gear.
It is going to be wonderful to ride that area in July when we should be able to see the ocean from the top of the mountain.

... It must have been like a cool spell for you and Brodie (the elk striker!!) and all the others in Moscow after that heat on the ride up...
Chris

I didn't strike no ELK, :madsmiley:

I WAS ATTACKED!!! :black eye:

You all better watch it, them ELK have it out for us up there! It was a hit & run and the CHP didn't show any interest in chasing the beast. The bull that got me left to show off his new scars to his buddies, and brag about the biker he just nailed.

:angry2:

Brodie,

Yep you tough son of a gun who after getting attacked by the Elk came to Moscow, did an iron butt, and didn't admit that you had a broken rib!! You are one tough son of a gun!

Slow Poke

This has been sitting around to long. Had to bump it up a bit.

Have anything new for us Mr. Rally Master?????

I think we are all waiting to send our money to Dale and Matt........

Come on Dale what are you doing?????

Looks great. Maybe a little far for the weekend and CFR and 3Flags/WCRR are going to consume many of my available riding days, but i'll pencil it in anyway. Half the fun is planning anyway, right? :D

I'm using a ball point, and you should too, Jeff. Great area, one I know well. And it's completely out of that ugly summer heat we suffer through inland. See you there.
Penciled in... need to sort the time off...

Griff

I just reserved a room for SW-FOG 2010 and then I see WFO and then SFO. How am I gonna keep up with all these great rides? I need more money, more time off. I am gonna lose my job and spend all my money, oh my!
Decisions, decisions.............tick tock,
I know exactly what you mean. I want to go to WFO also, its only 868 miles from Lake Havasu and the trip there and back will be a great ride also.

Its best to do all the rides! To hell with work!

This is a stellar location -kudos to the planning team.

Man-0-Man, I guess I better get this on the calendar -gunna be a busy summer -might be heading strait from the Cognoscente W.W.W. gig to Eureka as I'd sure like to get there a bit early and molest some of the best places on planet earth.

There are some wonderful back-woods sites and hidden sites in this area ...and I plan on doing a lot of exploring.

Hmmm, perhaps I'll lead a little pre-harvest tour of some of my favorite spots ...not for everyone, in fact might have to do it by application and take the top candidates.

Kettenpom, Zenia, Cecilville, Hyampom ......and countless other spots. Oh, and surely a stop by to see my friends at Rhompin Rhonda's

...and of course some good times in the socialist village of Arcata ...some good spots, a couple good breweries and even Hemp Ale:

Yep, I think getting there early is a must ....anyone wanting to tag along on the pre-harvest renojohn tour ....send me your application and the top candidates will be chosen.

I guess we will wait and see.

Hi All!! This is Dennis the Meance Dabayliner and no longer safe, But I do need to rebuiled my Bike "2005 FJR" and won't get it there this year from Seattle!

I do Tell everyone that at Wfo -08 I crashed and need to rebuiled my bike. My Brother has to bring it here and then I'll start working on it.

I did enjoy Eastern Wa. and will try to meet up next year!!! My Dr.'s agree most of me is working and needs to get me working!!!

Please pardon my new guy ignorance. Is this open to anyone? I usually get two weekends off from April to the end of September and I want it to be one of them. Thanks!
Not only open...encouraged!

We even have the occasional non-FJR participant...and make them park in the outer parking lot depending on their model choice.

Keep an eye on the next announcement that registration is open. It will include a website with specific details.
I know how you folks resent the parkage of other machines in your midst, but I really don't have much of a choice (bigger and better GL1800 or funkadelic V-Strom what's left in

my stable), so if I show up (at least for the vintage rider breakfast), you gonna make me park 'down the street' or what?

++++EDIT++++

Yikes! I didn't realize that I broke rule number 8 and no more signature line - just shows how long it's been since yours truly has paid a visit to my FJR Friends. I'll keep this

short so's I don't violate yet another rule (I'm pretty good at that), so in closing, I'll just say "Hello there from Bob Vail, see you later. I'm off to review rule number 8 of the Forum

Guidelines"

++++END OF EDIT++++

Bob, how great to see you post. Y'know, once your a member of the FJR clan you are always a member, no matter what your ride of choice.

IIRC, there was very little issue with your GoldWing at Park City so I wouldn't foresee any problem this time, either. It'll be great to see you again.

Hmmmmm, let's see...IIRC, you should be a charter member of the Vintage Riders!
