Removed and cleaned up RH saddlebag , added silver euro style stripes , waxed and reinstalled..........Removed left bag.....

Rode Jackie-O home from work today....oh, it was rough.....traffic sucked. Front forks are leaking, brakes are grabbing, shocks are all shot......then I made up with the wife and all was well.

Decided not to reinstall the Datel. The escort, datel and Fluke all read the same. If I put it back on it will be on a seperate mount. I don't feel like cutting up new plastic.

Interesting. Every Escort I have seen has been at least .2V off from the Datel.

There is going to come a point when you klowns realize that you don't run my life. I could go on....and am too drunk and tired too...so, I wont.

I took the bar end off, measured it with calipers and am trying to decide if i want to start the cad drawings make my own throttle lock device... buy a TM on eBay and adapt it, or just cave and spend $130 on a Kaoko...

Other than that, i just looked at it and held back tears as another 5 or 6 inches of snow fell last night and I cant find snow tires anywhere.

Finally got some time after my vacation and installed the CS One's

The mid-pipe looks kinda long and naked, so I added an oversize heat shield.

Keeps the back of the boots from melting too.

Also time for some new tires

A nice sunny day, whent for a ride 55k round trip, beautifull blue sky on the way there then 5 hrs later after working with a mates bike it was eime to leave, Just as a storm blowns in i tell you the rain was a big as a bus & hurt just as mutch when it hit me in the face " no visor onlt shades , i cannot wait for my new helmet to arrive on monday anyway it was still good to be riding even in the rain,

I think the plus of being in darwin i will never see it snow.

Went to the bike shop and picked up the o-rings for the coolant pipe so I can do some valve checks.

Changed out the front fork springs and reset the fork oil level yesterday.

I installed a SkeneDesign LED controller that flickers, acts as turn signals and alert feature to flash oncoming cars by tapping the brake twice in 1 sec, I wired it to Whelen TIR3 LEDs... The bike's stock turn signals are invisible by comparison.. the Whelen units are super bright:
