Trevor and I have been getting 50 to 70 mile rides in every evening. Even beat the rain home this evening. Well, Trevor was with me, so no way we were going to get wet. :) He's like having an umbrella up at all times.

Washed 3456 miles of my trip to SD and back off of the bike, only to discover that following a group on chip sealed roads will leave a mark...actually a lot of marks.

Everyone knows a properly accessorized FJR can hold 2 cases of bottled beer. My tire patch/inflator/fjr essential tools fit easily under the seat. Along with a flashlight and tire gauge.

Finally go a chance to ride my new to me 04 FJR. Sure is nice to have abundant HP to pass with

. The wing with two people and a trailer limits the passing opportunity.

Barely made it home yesterday. Before I got on the bike I almost was going to call the wife to come get me. Half way home I actually blanked out. If it wasn't for hitting a bump in the road I am not sure what would have happened. My head was down and eyes were closed. Not sure what was going on with me but I was having cold sweats before I left work. Made it home and crashed for a couple of hours.

Back on the bike today,

Dave

Damn dude...maybe it's time to go get checked out. That doesn't sound good.

...I rode to work again today, as well.

Joe,

Well if it any solace I did ok today. The company I worked for was having an outdoor party that day. They were giving away Italian Ice cups and I had three of them and no lunch. So I figure the 52 grams of sugar in each one overwhelmed my body all at once. I am normally not a sweet tooth kind of person. Today was non eventful day I am happy to say.

Back to normal,

Dave

Florence, SC parking lot: drilled a hole in the asphalt.

Shout out to Tripper Mike: no one's kidding about how hot it gets down south!

It was only 88*F down east in the (NC) Carolina Bays area Saturday. A little ride around the block, about 415 miles, much of it in undeveloped forest. Plus old-timey Eastern Carolina BBQ- place has been there since '47.

Since it’s 86f right now, I installed heated grips. Just like the feel of the Oxford grips better than worn old stockers. Hopefully won’t need them for quite a while.

Yesterday, going to a pub to see the victory of the French soccer team.

Today, y rode it to go to work

Passed it by to ride the hottie's FZ-07 to work. It's a LOT smaller than the FJR.

First impression: "Wow! The airflow over that tiny cafe windscreen is nice! This vented jacket makes me feel like I'm riding naked!"

Second Impression: "Holy ****, this thing is squirrelly at 75 mph!" Once on the freeway, with a lot of other vehicles going 75 mph, I was feeling a completely different kind of naked.

Fz-7? Is it the mt07 in other country? Or another bike.

8 find mt07 realy funny to ride, and realy adapted to ride in city. With its nice torque, and it's weigh really light
