Dumping rain hard today and tomorrow, 7 inches of rain in 2 days won't surprise me.

We needed this, things were real dry.

It's been cold here the past few days: 60F-62F. Still shorts & flip-flops weather, but I wore a sweatshirt in the garage while I was changing the oil and flushing Lucille's cooling system.

"Winter maintenance" is tough under these conditions.

Next two days about the same, then mid 70s for the week. I guess I better go for a ride tomorrow to see if I got everything tightened and nothing leaks. Wouldn't want the bike to overheat....

Sunny and -26f this morning in northern Minnesota. Warmed up to -10f by 10:00am. Went snowmobiling for a few hours. It's been damn cold up here this winter. Warmed up to 15f by 3:00pm. Haven't seen it that warm out in weeks. Must be getting used to the cold, went outside to do some chores and didn't even need a jacket. If I ever see 80f again I will probably melt into a puddle.

Not too cold here today - mid 20's - but it's snowing. Again. And the forecast lows for the next few days are in the single digits - above and below zero.

I'm sick of this ****.
Dearest BG99 and Sooze, Miss Donna y tus Papa Chuy Viejo feel your pain; really we do, well maybe not! JSNS!

WTF, we are freezing and can't get rid of this damn snow and ice here while the Winter Olympics, where they need snow is forecasted for:

"Highs in the lower to mid-50s (around 12 C) for the city of Sochi on Tuesday will rise following the weak storm.

Sunshine is expected from Wednesday and through the end of the week with temperatures climbing near 60 degrees Fahrenheit (or about 15 Celsius) each day." -accuweather.com
