You are more than welcome to arrive earlier or leave later... these are the central dates for the gathering. I don't have any pics but the apartments are all very nice and fairly spacious especially with the separate bedrooms.

Pick me up on the way by!! That will be summer time and a big ride should be in order. Likely will be on a new machine by then if the upgrade to a Gen 3 plan goes according to schedule!

That sounds like a good plan! I will have to map out a route there a back. I think 4 days each way will be enough to stay off interstates and average about 600 miles per day?

4 days times 600 miles is 2400. You certainly can make it all the way across country and find the best roads like you always do!!! You could even do some serious zig zagging from best area to best area while dodging potential weather in the mountains!!

If I go, it'll be a ride out. I'n not sure what the cost difference would be for a fly/rent vs ride out, but the idea of the adventure across the country intrigues me.

I could definitely do a meet up point. Just a little nervous of going across the country on my own.

On rides I had to Glacier NP and cross country, my wife--who doesn't ride at all--flew to Kalispell and Buffalo NY for a week or so together, then she flew--and I rode--away again. Nice compromise.

It really tickles me that so many of you easterners are coming to see "our" park next year. Makes me think about the folks I talk about long rides with who are amazed to hear that I rode to Idaho or someplace. On a motorcycle! Can't wait.

I can't see the wife flying on her own, otherwise that might be an option.

I want to see the whole country! After October of next year I will have a lot more time to spend doing that. There is a lot more of Cali that I want to see.
