Have a nice ride!!!

Mono Lake, Lee Vining, I'm guessing. Not much there for quite a ways, I don't believe. And south of there, you start getting into the pretty ritzy Mammoth Lakes resort-y places. Think I'd rather be up in the much cooler mountains anyway.
June Lake is just off 395 south of Lee Vining and has two or three motels, a cabin place on the lake and reasonable eating and drinking. We haven't been there for a couple of years but enjoyed our stay there four or five times coming back from trips to Arizona, Colorado and points thereabout.

Early to mid June would be best, you definitely need to take the group over Tioga pass hyw 120, this year it opened just before memorial day, Sonora pass hwy 108 is close by very scenic and lots of fun and you can't leave out hwy 49 omg greate road.

OK fine I'll go, someone has to show you my old stomping grounds, Benton hot springs will have to be one of my stops for a night camp sights with private hot tubs fed from natural hot springs

Easy - wait for Intech and his merry band of brothers to pick you up. Then I'll meet you jokers somewhere in the middle part of the country. From there, I'll take a left and we will keep riding until we see Tyler's Can Am.

I'll bring the Tequila..... you'll have to live with that.

Lol...could make for an interesting trip....I guess I need to start making preparations now and start upping my mileage.

Tyler - Oface brought this thread to my attention, which I obviously have been ignoring. Soooo, count me in. I'll try to fit it in to my busy retired schedule.

Check out rush creek lodge, @ the north entrance on hwy 120 about 3 miles from the gate, brand new grand opening June 15 2016, I happen to have an inside contact that can help with discounted prices, I'll check on pricing and get back to ya all.

Just sent an inquiry to a very good friend, she is the marketing director for rush creek and evergreen lodge.

Discusssed this with the other half last night. Put me in the maybe category. If I can get the logistics all sorted out, I'll make it happen. I think I'm slowly becoming more insane than I was before....
