Were you today? I was through Fort Collins today (had a club meeting at Spradley Ford) and then drove on out to Fort Collins Motorsports to "chat" about the financing options on the SuperT. I was mistaken on the 3.99% offer. I thought it was 36 months with a $5K maximum. It is a $5K MINIMUM...

Yeah, time will tell, for sure. I hope to get out to my dealer by this weekend and inquire about financing options. I prefer to not finance toys, but may have to carry a bit of this one for a while. I guess that's one drawback to being on SS!!! (-:

Hmmm, I wonder if that is good on the SuperT as well? The Yamaha site shows "special" financing of "5.99% APR for up to 72 months" for the SuperT, but it expires BEFORE delivery is scheduled. The rate you mention has a $5K limit and looks to be good through 6/30/11.

I think I have read at least 90% of the reviews and hash out there on the ABS debate on the SuperT. I for one do not foresee a need for a switch based on my intended use of the bike. I'm NOT a hard-core dirt rider and from what I have read by the owners out there all ready, the new ABS works...

Hitting the back brake first only disables the LBS - not the ABS.
