If in this situation I would buy (if price is reasonable) a Gen 1 FJR with damaged plastic. Replace the damaged plastic parts with the good ones from the donor FJR and either keep or sell remaining parts of donor FJR. Before buying another engine listen to the engine running while it is warm...
