I am going to change a leaky Speedbleeder on my clutch back to the original bleeder screw. Does anyone know what Yamaha uses for sealant? It almost looks like teflon tape that was on there before. Would teflon tape withstand the temperature?

I just added FZ1 mirrors to my bike, what a remarkable change! I wonder why I waited so long. No more elbow tuck to see what is behind me. I highly recommend these.

+1 No need to remove cowling. Only reason to remove left fairing panel is to empty overflow reservoir. Its a tight fit , but radiator cap can be removed with only the one panel next to glove compartment taken off.

Well I could of sworn they were on both brake and clutch master cylinders. If that little fluid level thing is only on the clutch side I'm OK. I guess I'm getting old and remembering things that were not there.

I changed the brake fluid on my 08 Saturday and when I was done I noticed that the metal piece that sits inside the sight glass on the front master cylinder was missing. I have no idea what happened to it, it is not in the reservoir, I opened it up and checked again today. It is obviously too...

Yes they did a throttle body synch. After the fender bolts fell out I checked there work under the tank and found evidence of very sloppy work, like the heat shield not being properly fitted, with the little black fastener just laying loose in its hole and the washer from one of the T-bar bolts...
