Who Me?
Heh, 230+ mile runs without stopping was pretty much the norm for NAFO stuff...aided by the excellent fuel mileage we were seeing out there. No ****! He slowed just enough for my bladder to get that anticipatory excitation of release, then he kept going...Images of the Bataan Death March were coming to mind while riding in that 102 degree heat.I guess it's true; there is a first time for everything. I have never been accused of being a "stop and smell the flowers" rider before. Just ask Marty(and his bladder) and the group that followed me in CO one day.LeeDavis put 5 GPS ride routes together for us - I've just been swamped with work and life, which has prevented me from getting the site edited and links posted.
I'm working on it now, but I'm hesitant to share because then all the slow "stop and smell the flowers" riders like Joe and Bob and KJ will be on them slowing me down...
Anyone have any routes? No food, water, or stopping to bull **** & take pictures. Must press on!
No pre-ride coffee when riding with Bob
If he wasn't so damn sexy, I'd be mad at him.
The 14.5 days of non-stop riding with Bob for NAFO did reveal that while my LAAM is indeed very comfortable, it's not comfortable enough around the edges under my thighs...probably due to my svelte 230-240lb figure. I put an order in for an RDL yesterday...
