I am familiar with the LR4's but what are the LR10 Minis? Are they the similar to the Super-Mini's? I'm looking for something that I can mount on the side of the front fender that will not require a dimmer to run them at night but still provide wider and as long or longer light than high beams.
Yup, I meant the Super-Mini. We have an updated version coming in a few weeks, with different lens options. When you say run at night without a dimmer, do you mean on constantly, or just with your highbeams? At 1000 lumens, the minis are still too bright to run with approaching traffic.
I have lights currently installed but they are kind of large and ugly...you and I talked about them before a little. I have them on a switch so I can manually turn them on and off. I run them during the day for my visibility and at night only when there is not oncoming traffic!

Is there anything wrong with the current versions, will they be clearanced out soon, do you think they will do what I need? I don't need colored lenses. Thanks! Feel free to PM me if this conversation will not be of interest to others.

There was nothing wrong with the old version. However, we don't have any in stock. The new ones are at least a few weeks out. And the colored lenses will be an option, the standard is clear.

Justin,

Have you ever consider louvers for the LR4s? I fork mounted them and would like to flatten out the vertical component of the WONDERFUL floods.

Thanks.

Ah, ok! LMK when you get them in stock! In the mean time, you may want to remove the old ones from your website or indicate they are sold out.

It's been a while since we've run a special on our super popular LR4's, and y'all know I love specials. So here's the "Because it's July" Special LR4 deal
smile.png

LR4's are reduced to $75 each: https://ledrider.com/shop/?model_number=LR4

That's $150 a set BEFORE you apply the FJR15 coupon! Limited time, stock is limited. We'll run this special until on hand stock runs out, and honor any orders at this pricing that come in before we pull the special from our next shipment. You will not find a better deal on quality LED lighting, backed by LEDRider's NO BS customer service.

Remember - when coupled with Wynpro's sleek brackets, these lights make a super clean looking addition to the FJR: https://www.fjrforum.com/forum//index.php/topic/155221-wynpro-anti-vibe-light-brackets/
Justin,

On the website, the "bundle" of the two LR4s and the dimmer still shows up as $180 before discount. Will this bundle be reduced for this sale as well?

Thanks!

Add the 2 lights and dimmer separately to the cart, it will be a few bucks cheaper than the $180 bundle, with the FJR15 coupon.

Justin,

Tried to add two lights to the cart, but it will only let me buy one. Are you out of stock already?

Thanks,

Don

Ooops. Forgot to mention that in the last reply. Out of stock until the next shipment gets in (about a week out). If you want to order now and wait for shipment, I will honor the pricing. Bumped it up to two in the system.

I got mine today in the mail. Now then...print the schematic to wire them up to FZ-1, mount FZ-1, pull mirrors {trying not to lose all the little bits}, mount lights, replace tupperware...Geez, i had better get more beer.

Thanks Justin, the lights look rockin right out of the box

What's included in the box when you buy the LR4s?

Does it include the wiring to the handlebars?

Is there anything else that i'll need to buy to get these installed on the bike?

What's the best location to mount the LR4 on the bike? Forks or underneath mirrors?

i've PM'd Justin - still no response

Any help would be great...thx

Sorry for the delay getting back to the questions here - busy start to the week :/

The LR4's just come with the lights in the box, and 3 foot leads. So you would need to wire them yourself, they are not plug and play. Most people use them with a dimmer. We are currently out of stock on our dimmers, so I'd suggest using the Skene IQ-175: https://www.lights.skenedesign.com/IQ_175.shtml. Or, if you can wire them through a simple switch, or use a relay to trigger them on with your highbeams.

Edit: OOps, missed part of the question. I don't suggest the LR4's low on the forks. It's too much light down low, and it will make the road really bright close in and affect your distance vision. On the Gen3's, using Garaulds under mirror mounts seems to be the best option currently.

Thanks Justin...Ordered the LR4's - One other thing... do you know if IQ-175 will support 4 LEDs? Might order some super minis for the forks
