New tag: a barn, with something 'interesting' painted on it. Around here, we have a carp-ton of barns that are decorated.
This specific one, visible to the west off of I-71 just north of Columbus, was painted to celebrate the great state of Ohio's Bicentennial.

It's been four days, so I'm going ahead with this one. We got in contact with Scott Hagan, the guy that painted the logo below and he's pretty sure he painted the one above in Ohio.

Note the decal on the back of my bike that matches the barn. Please do not note that my kickstand is sinking into the mud and by the time I got back to the bike it was almost dropped.

New Tag - Some oranges or red leaves. Tis the season...

We were at our son's new place up in Vermont this past weekend and they were pretty much at peak color. We should hit peak in Southern NH this week.

In case you haven't picked up on it before, guessing when "peak foliage color" is due, and then establishing when it has occurred, is a hugely popular pass-time in Northern New England.

Now here's the new tag I threatened to do in the "Bad Tags" thread:

Find a street sign from the game of Monopoly:

Come on, guys. Surely somebody's got a Kentucky or Illinois avenue near them. I've got one 2 miles from me but I was the previous poster. Is there a time limit when I should go ahead and tag it?

I found a State Street, but not an Ave. Most of the game has Avenues and named after States. I thought about taking a pic of the local power company, but no signage.

Yep. It's on Page 1, Rule #12.

12. 2 by 2 rule: After a player has grabbed a tag and posted a new one, that player is not eligible to grab the next placed tag unless the tag has sat for two days or longer. This one keeps the game from being monopolized by a couple of players and gives more people (with real lives) a chance to participate.
So, as the previous tagger you only had to wait two days. Have at it!

Yes, the Monopoly places are named Avenue just because that is what they have in Atlantic City. I'm thinking Street or Road would have worked.

PS - Electric Works? Water Works? Got any of those in your town?

I will have the grab today within a couple of hours..... unless someone beats me.

Grab.... Monopoly Pacific Avenue...

New Tag - A Veterinary Hospital with an image or picture of something other than a dog, cat or horse.

Took me about ten minutes to find one in your area.

4801 N. Holland-Sylvania Rd.
Sylvania, OH 43560

Better grab this one quick, Phil, before I Bruce ya! I've got my eye on a sign that (technically) qualifies, that's about 3 miles from the house.

I believe Fred found the wildcard option I secretly included that can be found on most Vet signs.

I felt a bit obligated to get this one.

The hardest part for me is coming up with a new tag, so mine tend to be simple.

New tag - your favorite local curvy road. The one that makes you late for dinner most often. If I only have an hour to ride, I head down this one and back. It isn't what I'd call a great (or even good) motorcycle road, but I live in the flattest part of Ohio, so I'll take what I can get.
