A little off topic sorry but I thought where better to offer something free but to our "local" group.

When I bought my bike the guy had fabbed up a 1x1 aluminum cargo rack that he gave me, since I mounted a top case I don't ever see me using it, free to the first to claim it, you pay shipping. Here are two pics of it. I have never mounted it, and of course you use at your own risk to sub frame.

Sorry I reduced the pics to TINY and still got the you can't use that extension on this forum and don't have the time to upload to a site to create URL, seems like dropbox would work for that but guess not...

PM me if you want me to send you the pics.

I see there are some Monroe people here! I'm about 6 miles out of Monroe myself.

I'm hoping to make it, but I won't know if I can get the day until much closer.

Yup. I think the plan is to meet at Shell on 2 & 203 at 7am ish then head down to Carnation for some Java at Starbucks then head down to Auburn. Hope you can make it. I have been so darn busy I haven't really had a chance to meet anyone from around here.

I might try and hook up with you guys at the Starbucks in Carnation.

I'll probably join the "Shell on 2 & 203 at 7am ish" group. It still looks like my schedule will be open.

Would it be possible to make the valves check/adjustment during the meeting? I'm not sure there will be enough time to cool everything down...

Common Adam, from Bellevue to the point on 2/203 on Saturday morning it's gonna be a 15-20 minutes swing to barely warm up the engine. 203 to Carnation is one of the nicest roads around along with the High Bridge road just by. You have a sports-touring machine, use it!

Yea Adam do it!!!! You would really enjoy taking Union Hill road out of Redmond then left on Carnation Ames Lake Rd right on NE Carnation Farm Rd

YA ya ya. I know the area well. :) I live on West Lake Sammamish Parkway and ride the valley all the time. In fact I took a 30 minute loop through there on Saturday. I'll hook up with you guys at the Starbucks.

Count me in unless it rains. I only ride in the rain when caught out on a long trip and that has happened many times. I have never done a TBS on either of my FJR's, maybe this is the time. Someone should let me know what tools I should bring with me.
