We would love to come, this is one of our favorite rides, but the bike is currently apart and the new parts will not be coming in until next week, and I will not be in town until the 14th. There will just not be enough time to get it back together before 9:30. Its a Sunday ride, or following weekend for use. Next time. Have fun.

Sorry you can't make it but I'd be happy to come down this winter if you post up a Sutter Buttes ride :)

Hey. We're having a "reacharound party" at Starbucks before the ride.

I'm not sure what is already planned for me since my daughter is in town from Hawaii, but I'll do this if I can get away.

I'm getting super jazzed about this trip! Haven't ridden with this big of FJR group in years! :yahoo:

Thanks in advance for setting this up Bugnatr.

I'm good to go. My daughter flys out on Saturday, and I'll have to say goodbye early. Put me in to bring up the rear.

Would love to make this ride but the rental is rented and I'm playing painter, electrician, and sewer manager.

You guys have a great ride, I'm very jealous..

Good news Tom, sorry no Harley shops to visit on this ride

Hey Carver, wish you could make it. I thought of you as I drove by on 41 in the cage on the way down and back from Santa Barbara to see the young'n at college last weekend. My first trip down that way, a guy could have some fun on the roads in those parts.

DO IT!

I will be riding beyond Quincy to Fernley on Saturday after lunch.

The shocker is I haven't ridden Laporte road...ever. So, I will bring up the rear and not spoil the fun of those who are already familiar with the road.

So Sam is bringing up the rear --- along with Tom -- and also us with our dodgy 2nd gear  Think there will be enough room?

Bug - I'm now approaching 99% sure that I'll be there on Saturday. Unlike several recent posters, I will not be racing to be at the back of the line :yahoo:

Save the best for the last..

Let's just say, there is a lot of competition for the rear, and if Madmike shows up, he usually wins....unless the OTHER madmike shows up.

Tom has been running with Sir Richard lately, I think he will get bored of us slowpokes at the back of the pack Rog. :)

PS - Maybe I am just trying to "get lost" again..
